FAQ

What does Easy Card Offers do?

Easy Card Offers helps inspect supported bank offer pages and run user-triggered activation flows from the popup.

Does it work on every bank page?

No. It is designed for supported Amex, Chase, and Bank of America offer surfaces only.

Does it send my browsing data anywhere?

No. The current MVP does not send page data to remote servers. It uses local browser extension storage for popup and batch-run state.

Why does the extension sometimes say an offer is already active?

Some bank list pages are not a perfect freshness source. The extension treats detail-page evidence as the source of truth when available.

Why did a run stop with session expired or logged out?

That means the bank site likely lost the logged-in session during the run. Sign in again and retry.

Why does the extension ask for access to tabs and page content?

It needs the active tab URL plus page DOM access to detect supported offer pages, collect visible candidates, and run activation flows on those supported pages.

Does Activate All click everything on the page?

No. The current implementation uses bounded, conservative bank-specific rules and does not do infinite scrolling or full-site crawling.
